1. You can request a return within 24-48 hours of receiving your item(s).

2. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories. Check item restrictions below.

3. Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.

4. Returns are processed with our affiliated shipping company, at an additional shipping cost; free if the product is damaged.

Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged, we’ll fix it - fast. Contact Customer Care within 24-48 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you receive the replacement product(s) quickly.

Processing Times: Returns are typically processed within 1 week of receiving the item. During the Holiday seasons, returns may take up to 2 weeks.

-Any item that has been worn, used or altered

-Helium Tanks

-Candy

-Makeup

-Wigs and Artificial Hair

-Pet Costumes

-Partial Party Kits - Party Kit components may not be returned individually
